Maybe, if you make the body so that it has a cap on it like Gibson do with their Les Pauls then you could route chambers in the body and then cover them with the cap, the body of my LP Studio has had chambers cut into the Mahogany wood before the Maple cap was glued on, it didn't seem to affect the tone at all, just reduced the weight.

Maybe that's an idea for new Pitbull kits, will make a post in the new PBG kits ideas thread.

Jarrah is not really a very good tonewood.. I built a few Bass Beasts out of it, I called them the Schwarzenegger Series

However, you can use Jarrah as a cap.
Perry Ormsby built a Guitar with a Birdseye Jarrah cap and it looks and sounds freaking awesome!

There is always a workaround for glitches, mistakes and other Guitar building gremlins.....

Geez Woks, were all those labels as a result of all the beers you keep promising inmates at the Naughty Warehouse? Wish I was there to help a mate obviously in need of a hand.

BTW just read in the weekend paper that XXXX Gold is the most popular beer in the country outselling VB and many other staples. Do you need me to send over a carton so that you can get in on the act?

hey Waz, I recycle all the empty bottles in the NW so all good.
I go on an annual trip to Townsville to watch the V8 supercars and catch up with a mate, but I have managed to dodge XXXX gold for about 5 years, I'm not a fan of beers that have less flavour than a water cooler haha
PS I reckon that survey of best beer in the country was only held in Qld !

Funny how most states have at least one totally undrinkable beer....

NSW, Resches Pilsener is the most foul tasting rubbish
QLD, undoubtedly has to be XXXX
    VIC, anything brewed by Carlton
    WA, Emu Bitter........

You could do themed ones wokka: all Aussie beers, all import beers... Better start collecting materials!

Hey DB, you seemed to have forgotten anything brewed by Swan. Probably all gone down the gurgler with the rest of the Bond empire.

Craft beers are great stuff, just a shame we have to pay twice the price. Mind you, there are some shockers lurking in the craft brew sections of most bottles shops too. Pity you can't buy a mixed dozen or carton to try some out. I mostly grab a six pack if uncertain as there would be only 5 more to choke down or throw out if it tastes crap.
