    It was the only other brand that I could think of that would have a "R" on the tailpiece. And the colour looked very BC Rich-esque.

    It's got a modern look to it despite the design, the square edges of the hardware etc. I was going to guess Rickenbacker, but it's too futuristic. BC Rich...never would have guessed that.
