I was just thinking, when I saw you had sanded through the cap, WHERE????? That Timbermate trick is not etched into memory! Good move AJ! And awfully glad to hear you are back on your feet mate!

thank you all for the great comments, it will be a slowish build in between lots of rests and the doc's visits. I just hope this goes as per my perceived vision for it.

Looking good AJ. Very interested to see how the candy goes.

Have done a little more to the new Ash LP, with the candy coats. They are a little rough atm, but will sand back to get the imperfections then re-coat with the candy colors then clear coat to finish up. The clear coat will "pop" the candies. the center color is a copper shade with the burst outer a mauve red.
