Those are definitely closer to my price range.

I've gotten a neck off e-bay but it was a 24" mustang style which are difficult to get for a reasonable price.
Not the greatest, but I pulled the frets and re-configured the headstock to suit my preference.

In case you're not aware, Strat and Tele pockets are different shapes at the ends - Strats are more curved, and Teles are flatter with squarer shoulders.
