IIRC Woolies owns the blue shed and the green shed hold the monopoly due to how long they have been around which means the blue shed get nearly nothing in terms of profits to the green shed, so as a company they are making heavy losses.
What really peeves me off about the big sheds full of shite is they sell crap, employ people who know three parts of bugger all about the products they are selling and , to cap it all off, they are NOT cheaper...
Take for instance a humble bag of concrete.
BGSFOS price was $12 for a 10kg bag.
Our local, family run hardware price $7 for a 20kg bag.
How does that make the BGSFOS cheaper???
I could go on all night, but I choose not to.
their stainless steel hardware fittings are shite too, i go to a local mob for that type of stuff
