Wow with this one im in it for the long haul!

been ages since i did any work on the old JM. Weather has been crap. Tried to do some finish base coats and the paint bloomed.

So i screwed in the neck..Presto..it cracked in 2 places. Out with the glue. So much for predrilled holes.

So got to the stage of finishing the basecoat, then the timber blocks that i used to fill in the trem cavities, swelled...again due to hot and cold weather changes.. Back to the drawing board and out with the sanding blocks.





decided to leave the next stage untill the weather settles down and the timber stabilises.

So now up to the finished basecoats...will be ready soon for the 2 top cats, fingers crossed..lol
