I've decided to go ahead and apply the CG intensifier to the Strat body, I'm unable to upload any pics for the time being until I can get myself a Digital Camera, which I'll try and do while I'm in Casuarina tomorrow.

    Update:

    So, here's what I've done:

    * Applied one coat of Coolangatta Gold Intensifier on the body.

    * Applied a second Colourless Final Coat on the neck, leaving the fretboard bare (it's getting treated with some Dingowax).

I'm calling the finishing work on the neck for my guitar, done and dusted, all that needs to be done now is to wait till the neck has dried, and the body has dried after 24Hrs before applying another coat of intensifier to it, then let it dry again for another 24Hrs, then I may consider either applying one more intensifier coat, or starting the application of the CG final coats.

Apologies for not being able to upload some new pics, I'll hopefully get that rectified tomorrow.

Hold off on the final coats, Doc.
I have sent you a replacement bottle as I am not sure about the first batch..
Also, it wont hurt to give the intensifyer a few days extra curing

Rightio, I'll wait till the replacement bottle arrives in the post then, thanks for letting me know mate, so far I haven't encountered any issues with the CG Stain and Intensifier, they seem to have traveled through the post okay.

    Update:

Just got back from Casuarina and I have managed to sort things out so I have access to my money in my bank account again, turned out to be far less of a headache to sort out than I thought it would, I didn't need to get my current bankcard replaced so all's well that ends well.

Also, I finally pulled my finger out and bought myself a new Digital Camera, so, hopefully the quality of the pics should dramatically improve since the new camera has a resolution of 20.1 Megapixels, the new Digital Camera is a Nikon Coolpix A100, I'll still have to use irfanview to re-size the pic so that it can be uploaded, but the images should be clearer.
