Hey Mario,
I would make templates for each board.
Then cut them with jigsaw and dress each face with a plane or a sanding bar.
The two outer boards can be rough cut with a handsaw and dressed with the plane/sanding bar as well.
Dry fit the pieces and adjust as needed.
Glue them together (you may need to make a simple glueing jig)
You should end up with the flat planes needing only a minor clean up.
The curved part will then need a cleanup with rasps and sanding. Lots of sanding![]()
