Awesome choice of kit, CS!

With the strings being reversed, I think you'll find it won't sound as full as the way it's been designed, as the skinny string will be hiding behind the thicker string, and won't get much of a strum. I just tried it out on my ES-12G, and the up-pick hasn't got as nice a sound as the down-pick.

With the bridge posts, once they're in, I'd hate to try get them out without damaging the top. You can check string alignment early on, but you can't check the neck angle until you've finished the body and then you can insert the bridge posts.
