Hey Logan, might be clearer if you can please post some pics of the issues.
Hopefully you can get some thin superglue under the veneer that has separated.
Might be worth thinking about a bone nut upgrade, that way you can knock out the plastic one and glue the veneer on so its fairly close to the fingerboard where the nut is glued on, then you can cut the veneer to suit the bone nut width
