Nice work Andy. Doesn't it feel good to get to the tail end of the sanding effort? The headstock is coming along nicely. It maybe worth picking up a set of needle files to lock-in & fine tune the shaping for the 'moustache' headstock design (I think I got my set from the big green shed)

Shaped and sanded. Well that will do for now. I wanted it to look a little like a caricature of the G type headstock.

Ebony Timbermated and sanded 180, 240, 320 and 400 on Mahogany 240 and 320 only on cap so far, im a bit scared to go any further on the cap but the timbermate has brought out a few scratches. Do you think I can sand with 400 before using dingotone or should I just leave at 320?
