So this is where it began. Started with FW Cedar and did a once over on the top. Sanded this back pretty roughly so it had some colour here and there before I started the burst.

For the burst itself I used FW cedar, maple and a bit of Dingotone Coolangatta Gold I had left over. Started from the outside with the cedar and dragged really hard with a rag wet with metho to pull the stains together. I then wiped gold across from the middle outwards using the same method.

Gluing the neck was quite an easier process than I thought it would be. No mishaps and the rake was at a good angle.
