Did a full bolt up today before starting on finishes.
Have to trim the bridge bolts a bit before final build but no biggy.
Got some lefty Gotoh locking tuners to complete the upgrades.

Now just final sanding of neck and body and hopefully get a first coat of Karijini on the body this weekend.

Almost seems a pity to put colour on this timber.

very sexy looking axe Tony, are you putting karijini on the body as well ? Clear neck ?
That gold hardware looks the biz and that Babicz bridge goodness !
Have you measured the resistance of the 3 Tonerider pups ?

Trim those bridge screws then glue some of that flamed headstock veneer into the spring cavity, clear cover + Karijini = wow.

Woks, Going Karijini on the body with a clear neck. Toneriders all checked and as per tags and solid covers put on instead of the standards.

Cool Idea Weirdy. While not totally sold on the idea its always good to keep the options open, so cut and glued a piece of maple into the cavity with good old 406. If I do go this way, have seen some gold springs and claw somewhere on the net and would have to get a clear backplate cut.

yeah that will look cool Tony, have to leave the trem plate off but you could stain it a different colour and even put a logo there

Hey Tony, are you happy with the 6 Left Gotoh tuners? If not, I am happy to send you 6 Right, which I think would be more suitable for a reverse headstock. Just let me know. I would need to get the 6 Left back though.
    Cheers,

    Adam

Hi Adam, Sorry my wording. the Gotohs are for reverse headstock. The originals that came with the Pro kit I can use on another of the many kits sitting on the shelf.
