Any ideas what might be happening here?
Couple of base coats went on OK, added a couple of intensifier and after drying/curing for a few days some parts had more shine than others which looked quite dry or almost raw? I did lightly 0000 steel wool between some coats but they were very light and even all over. As I am getting ready to apply top coats do I need to sort this intensifier out first or will multiple top coats eventually produce an all over low sheen?
