Second section glued down.
And with the hardware dropped in place.
Next is softening up the edges again and carving them so they curl around the body a bit to glue them down. Avoid the compound curves as much as possible and smooth it out.
Then sand a smooth transition from the veneer to the body.
And clean up the glue.
