Had some fret wire turn up the other day so was finally able to move forward. Made up a jig to bend the fret wire although I didn't need it this time round, I'm sure it will come in handy further down the track.
Re cut the fret slots and banged em' in. The all seated really nicely which was a relief.
Edges beveled and it's looking like a guitar neck again:-)
As you can see I left the tangs visible on the outside edge for the simple fact I don't own one of those nibbler tools. I don't mind that look too much anyway.
