Barge if the neck was faulty sure Ads will replace it. Send him an email as others have said.
Presume you are out of clear spray so you will have to save up for another can but all isn't lost. Will just take a bit longer.
    Bummer man.
Not sure if there is a way to take the twist out of the neck, have a word with DB about it

Nige sorry to hear about your problems bro , but saw this the guy uses this method to remove back bow and twist from a neck
Give it a go it might mean you can save your great project . One guy uses a laser and spirit level to show degree of twist, clever idea.it also gives you a visual aid to show how much tension is needed to remove twist.
    Hope it helps Nige

Aw nuts. This well and truly sucks. Don't give up just yet, my friend, where there's a will etc. etc.

Look I can accept if I stuff something up, I'll admit it, I'll even laugh about it. I'll attempt to fix it or move on. But when I'm expected to reach into my pocket because of some other fools incompetence, I'm calling major bullshit on that.

@Pest "Barge you must be extremely unlucky with Strats"
"Luck", nope. A victim of really crap workmanship, most definitely!

So I took a look at Kim's vid link and thought there might have been a glimmer of hope.
Removed the neck, but upon closer inspection realized it may not be a twist at all. It actually appears like the fingerboard has had the twist sanded into it and appears to slope to the left, from about the 7th fret towards the nut.
The only fix I can see is de-fret and re radius the neck correctly.

Pic 1 - Really hard to see in the picture but the fingerboard slopes down and to the left from about the 7th fret

Pic 2 - With the strings off and looking back the other way......pretty self explanatory.

Pic 3 - Yes the fingerboard IS that far out

WTF does that even mean? Two PBG kits later and I'm out of pocket so deep it's not even funny. This is like a cruel joke.

Shit Barge that really sucks! I think what Nickosaurus meant (and correct me if I'm wrong Nick) is that with your level of skill and meticulous attention to detail these sort of things would never occur if you started a scratch build. Obviously funds are an issue, so that may not be viable in any way at this point in time though.

It's terrible to see this happen after all the work you've put into this build. As others have already said, I'm sure the PB team will be able to come up with a viable workaround. I really hope so because I would love to hear and see this guitar in action!

There's no reason why anyone should put up with these errors, be it a first time builder or a seasoned pro. The scale measurements of the first ST kit that I attempted are in a build diary for ALL to see, if I'm wrong tell me now and I'll accept that I f#cked up.
Fact is I'm not wrong, and I forked out a lot of money to customize a kit that had fatal errors and was never compensated, nor did I request compensation.
Fast forward to this build, and a neck so poorly finished you would think it was made by a blind man.
I'll tell you all right now, there will be no workaround or compensation by PBG because I told Adam to shove his replacement, for the simple fact that he was unwilling to accept that his rubbish product has cost me more than just the cost of a kit.
If I was in WA, rest assured I'd be giving this kit back in person and the meeting wouldn't be a pleasant one.

This is the second threat against my person you've made it two days, Nigel. Pull your head in.

I have offered you a replacement neck, on your word that the neck is in fact unrepairable. By law I should at least receive the neck back so we can inspect it. I am not responsible for compensating you for the finish you've used, I don't think that is reasonable. If the neck is so bad it "looks like it was made by a blind man", then you should have picked that up in the mock build, if not the initial inspection.

For the record, if you'd been an adult about this from the start, instead of aggressively asking "what are you going to do about it?" I may have been more sympathetic and even considered a partial refund so you could buy some more finish. Instead you were overly aggressive and, quite frankly, rude in your emails. I don't respond well to being bullied.

If you're that unhappy with our product, please shop somewhere else.

    Good luck.
    Cheers,

    Adam
