Sweet work Barge. The tummy cut makes it look super thin. Top carve is done really nicely, and the faux binding looks the goods.
In fact it's no so much faux binding as a panted highlight.

A couple of light mist coats of lacquer and that's a wrap for one day.

Shot a few more clear coats today. About 5 thin ones in total and I'm probably gonna leave the top at that. I'll do a couple more on the back/sides after a wet sand and get things nice and smooth and that will be that.
Reshaped the pickguard tonight and did a test fit with a few shiny bits.
