Thanks guys. Taking my time polishing no need to rush at this point.
The last thing you want is to rush it and wreck the awesome finish!
Slow progress is better than no progress I guess, so have got the shielding and wiring done.
Haven't used copper tape before, so hope I didn't create any earthing/shielding no-nos. Not been plugged in yet, keeping fingers crossed.
Still need to check if frets are level and clean up some glue marks on a couple of inlays, then strings can go on.

If anyone's wiring up one of these, don't follow the previous pics. Took a while to work out why there was no output when I thought all pots were at '10' and all signal was going to ground/earth. Turns out I wired the pots backwards - 10 was 0 - now have it sorted.
This looks a bit better (actually works)

Good stuff Grant. Heat shrink makes everything so nice
