Hi Adam. I checked it out with a multimeter and the pickup was definitely not working. I think the refund will be more than dandy. Thank you so much for your helpWould anyone be able to recommend where to get some pickups ( as i would like them both to be matching) and what kind would be best?

I have a spare neck pickup from my rc4. I am almost positive it will be the same as the ones in this kit. I know you are looking for a bridge pickup, but I will happily send you this one if it means getting your guitar working.
