    Welcome Wasastrat.

Not really a palindrome cos it's different backwards. Maybe just an anagram. Cool though!

Hi again, thanks guys I like the headstock shape too it started out a bit more strat like until I got carried away with the jigsaw (gotto say that's some HARD Rock Maple)
Thinking of doing one from scratch after this and using the same headstock shape but as a reverse headstock... so is that a palindrome? lol
Swirl finish I have done before but not on a guitar always a bit hit and miss but the colours I have are 50s retro so should look cool. Will post more photos as we progress.

Well picked up Lawry, I'm getting dopey these days.

Here's a proper palindrome, possibly for our esteemed leader:

    "Madam I'm Adam"

Hi guys for those who have asked about the colours here is a photo venetian teal purple and a touch of black in the swirl the base colour will be white
Looking at upgrading pots to CTS with orange drop caps and a treble bleed etc and with the pickups has anyone used Brieley pickups
If so let me know what you think.

Never used brierley pickups, but from what I've heard they are some of the best around. Australian made too.
