The Count
All standard kit parts, acrylic yellow from Supercheap, FW maple stain ( from somewhere that must never be mentioned ) on the neck.
I'm about to take the neck off to get a better finish and do a full setup.
I already have a strat so I wanted something a little different and seeing as I love the head shape and through body arrangement on tele's I thought I would combine both. I had to replace the first body as I had an oops moment converting to a through body so there was a bit of a delay and I was in a pickle about what colour so I put a bit of a stain on the neck but left the body natural and once I got it to where I wanted in by sanding and put about 7 thin coats of Tru-oil on with light sanding with 0000 steel wool between coats after the third just to level out any imperfections. Didn't want a high gloss and the final coat I just rubbed down with a very fine scotch-brite to remove some slight bumps but not enough to dull finish which left it smooth. Levelled frets and polished and used 2 good coats of almond oil on rosewood to protect wood, installed bone nut and Wilkinson tuners. I used a Kent Armstrong Motherbucker as I found the idea of being able to run in series, split and parallel novel but found the wiring was a nightmare until I got my head around it due to the lack of clear instructions. Have 1 volume to be used to roll off when played loud, or so the instructions say and have a Gibson styled switch with home made ally knob so I can have 1 or both coils running. Its not a show winner hence low quality pics but I thought someone might be interested and if someone wanted help with this sort of wiring I can help explain.

Thought that I would contribute a couple of pics of my Gold Strat STA-1M build, so here we go:
And here's a closeup pic of the new Full Contact System bridge that I installed a few days ago, I know it's a silver one but I will be swapping it out for a gold one later on this year:
