    Doing a mid build test fit for inspiration/visualization, well pleased with this so far, why did I ever GAS so much for store built, this is way more fun 8-)

    I agree its way more fun to build a guitar and then play it !
    you going mahogany sides/back Hillsy ?
    Current Builds and status
    scratch end grain pine tele - first clear coat on !
    JBA-4 - assembled - final tweaks
    Telemonster double scale tele - finish tobacco burst on body and sand neck

    Completed builds
    scratch oak.rose gum Jazzmaster - assembled needs setup
    MK-2 Mosrite - assembled - play in
    Ash tele with Baritone neck - neck pup wiring tweaks and play in

    Thanks fellas,
    Wokka the plan was to have black back and sides with the black coming onto the front around the edge, really not sure after this, don't want to stuff it up now. Might do some photoshop mock ups and see what it may look like.

    Progressing slowly but surly, I'm happy with the top at this point, more work to do on the sides and back.

    I find myself saying this about a lot of the builds on here, but I REALLY want one of those after seeing that, simply beautiful mate.
