This is going to be a beast. I built a Lamington 15 watter several years ago and it was damn loud! Be careful though because those voltages can KILL you if you're not careful. Otherwise, have a ball and blast away. It's a great project!

Pest - depending on how you want to wire it - may be a dumb idea entirely, but a 3 way on the front and 2 jacks. That way if a mate's over you could have you, both or your mate playing - could be set up as a simple A/B/Y? That said, you may want to look at putting something on the front to jack into (just thinking that would be most convenient). Maybe a strip between the speakers to put your controls onto?

Only other worry I'd have would be is there enough weight in it? If you crank it up - is it going to be walking around the place - or at least vibrating in such a way that you lose tone?

    Love the idea though!

@lawry yeah I know that the Lamingtons can kill, I have built one before, and I have maintained my own amp at home!
@bassguy don't worry, I'll keep posting pics and updated whenever possible!
@brendan with the weight of the table, amp, speakers and stuff on the top, I beleive t should be stable. Also I was planning on the speaker isolation so I can have multiple amp heads and controls for the Lamington on the front panel!

Should've known you've been there already. You don't seem like the 'sit back and watch' kinda guy to me.

Fantastic plan Pest - just wondering if the table needs sides and an open back, more like an actual cab. I dont fully know the science of speaker cab design, but this may give a better sound (and hide internals and a place for jacks and controls?)

Hey Stan, the sides and backs will be removable for a different sound!

I might redesign the whole table entirely to fit more things inside it, details will be revealed when I finish the design and paperwork for it all.
