    re the tuners, I have decided to keep the originals as you see- just for the exercise of seeing how/if they work.

    There is a smidge of overhang from some of the mounting plates, but I have it in mind to grind these off at a later date.

    looking classy BG and looks pretty close to wiring stage, you better be ready for counciling after the wiring !

    JBA-4 - assembled - final tweaks
    Telemonster double scale tele - finish tobacco burst on body and sand neck

    Strung up and ready for wiring.

    Couldn't resist having a plink, and wow! The acoustic sound is great- real twangy and louder than expected.
