Thanks Gav, Not quite as I had planed but still happy as I have found a Sambora model more to this color scheme anyway , so the name stays lol.....
Now plain or pearl scratch plate this is the question.

wow nice burst Jarrod, is that done with an air brush ? The plain pickguard makes the grain the hero I'd say, don't want the pearloid one to take that away !
    Current Builds and status
scratch end grain pine tele - first clear coat on !
    JBA-4 - assembled - final tweaks
Telemonster double scale tele - finish tobacco burst on body and sand neck

    Completed builds
scratch oak.rose gum Jazzmaster - assembled needs setup
    MK-2 Mosrite - assembled - play in
Ash tele with Baritone neck - neck pup wiring tweaks and play in

Wow Jarrod 8O . That is sooo smokey. It's just dripping with class.
Man, I'd be stoked over how that's turned out!
I agree with Wokka about the scratchplate.

Looks amazing Jarrod and still very close to the Sambora model. I personally think it looks better than the Sambora with that nice grain coming through. I agree with Lawry and Wokka, the plain white pick guard looks the best.
