Thanks for the positive comments fellas! You've all been turning out some fine looking work so I'm very grateful.

@Stan I'm not much of a Springsteen guy being more out in Tom Waits territory. Maybe I should learn to play Jersey Girl

Best of luck to all this months entrants - some fine work on display again!

    Cheers,
    Dennis.

    And the winner is...

    In 3rd place this month, Dennis's TL-1

"This is so beautifully put together. The close up photo really shows the quality and the effort put into this build. Classic colour choice for a tele. Headstock decal would really have finished her off. Well done, what a truly lovely guitar."

"Classic guitar in a classic finish. Awesome job!"

    "Nice finish, understated. Lovely guitar."

    In 2nd place, Lawry's JM-1 "The Matriarch"

"This dedication special (and tearjerker) is fantastic. It's outstanding colour seems to really be fitting of its jazz heritage. Beautifully built, it oozes quality. Such a wonderful and loving thing to have dedicated this to an obviously special and dear lady. She would be so proud of you."

"Great looking guitar and a great story to go with it!"

And the Winner of Pit Bull Guitars December Guitar of the Month is...

    Robin's ST-1

"In my opinion we have the winner. Finished beautifully the guitar glows fabulously"

"Who would have thought? A black ash strat that would look so awesome. This one surprises but should considering the builder! I'd grab this one for my collection along with Dennis's tele....I couldn't take the matriarch of Lawry, it has too much sentimental value to him."

"Wow, the build quality on this is superb. The black finish is so subtle, but oh so very very classy. The headstock decal is a revelation, such a nice finishing touch. If this were hanging on a guitar shop wall I would be drawn to it as if it was magnetised. Total class, well done."

"This one immediately grabbed my attention. So elegantly understated. I would be proud to have this in my collection. Take a bow Robin."

Congratulations Robin and Well done everyone involved.
    Cheers,

    Adam

An excellent choice for first place!
Although I was hoping I would score top spot (of course) I couldn't help but think that this Strat just oozes class. Well done Robin. Full congrats to you.

    Well done fellas!

Robin, that black finish is fantastic and would be a definite stand out on any shop wall.

Lawry, your colour combo is just awesome and she sounded sweet in your video too!

    Cheers,
    Dennis.

Congratulations Robin. A fabulous build. This is the sort of guitar I would really go for (although I do have a lot f black guitars already )

Congrats also to Lawry and Dennis. The Matriarch is a beautiful looking guitar and I love the classic look of Dennis' tele.

Well done to all. Always love seeing the guitars in GOTM, as always, they were all really impressive.

    Cheers
