In answer to your questions guys.
There is the possibility of caps in the near future. They will be two piece but because I am such a nice bloke they will have the edges dressed
The blanks are 45mm and the bodies are 40mm.
Brendan, I am sure there will be Bass bodies in the future...
All the blanks and bodies are two piece.
There is always a workaround for glitches, mistakes and other Guitar building gremlins.....

By pure coincidence I had pogressively improved the frets on my first build (ST-1) to the point of total annihilation and was pondering between a refret or a new neck. I think this new addition to the PBG range may have helped me decide.
