I ended-up buying myself a new FNIRSI 100MHz Dual Trace Digital Oscilloscope/Function Generator, here's a pic of it sitting on top of my other pieces of test equipment, underneath it is a +/- 15V/500mA Dual Tracking Breadboard Power Supply I built, underneath that is an XR2206 Function Generator I also built, and underneath that is my old DSE Q-1804 20MHz Analog Dual Trace Oscilloscope.

There's one cool, and very handy feature included in my new FNIRSI 100MHz Digital Scope/Function Generator, well, two actually, firstly it includes a built-in Function Generator that generates several different signal waveforms at a wide range of user-adjustable frequencies, secondly, you can take screenshots of what you see on the display, here is an example, the yellow trace is Ch-1 and the pink trace is Ch-2.

The new Digital Scope also displays readouts of various waveform parameters too, like frequency and amplitude, this saves having to do calculations.
