Not stacked. Side by side. It's part of what made me think I could get a P-bass sound out of them.

Thank you Simon and fender3x for all the thoughtful comments, I really appreciate it.

For clarity, this post is in the Swap/Trade section, and is about selling a pair of ToneRider Jazz Plus pick ups.

I appreciate all the comments, I really do, but it sounds like you are responding to a thread in which I asked if I should swap pick ups on my bass and what to look for.
The DiMarzio have already been installed on my bass, currently I enjoy their sound on my build.
The Tonerider pickups worked great on my bass, however I am looking to sell them because I don't like to accumulate too much gear around the house.

In terms of width and height, the Dimarzio are the exact same dimensions as the Tonerider; the only difference was that the Dimarzio are slightly deeper. This was easily resolved by removing the foam attached to the body under the pick up, and installing a slightly shallower foam, a 5 mins job.

Thank you again for all your comments.

Let me know if you are interested in purchasing a pair of TonerRider Jazz plus pick ups!
Photos, a couple of video clips showcasing the pickups, and price in my first post at the beginning of this thread!
