Just recieved my Pitbull MKA-2 kit.
really surprised it only took 5 days to get from Australia to the UK but very happy.
I've built a couple of guitars so far,
a Les Paul kit for myself and a Strat Partscaster for my son.
I'm looking forward to building this Mosrite clone kit into a Johnny Ramone clone ,with a couple of twists.
I'll try and post asmuch as poss as i go on with this project.
Yes, airfreight can be very quick. It used to languish in customs for just as long, and then the Post Office sat on it for a while. I presume the VAT and duty is all sorted out at source now, which makes it quicker.
There have been a few Johnny Ramone tributes made here before.
I saw the Ramones live in 78 (Hammersmith) and 80 (Exeter). A great band.
