I am not sure whether you need the short or long pots on the kit... Long shafts I think, but others may know for sure. Or Alpha, CTS and Bourns make pots with a push pull switch that will work nicely. the CTS is full sized (24mm) and the other two are "minis" (17mm). I don't think it makes a difference. If you use the CTS or Bourns you will need to make the hole a little larger, so for simplicity sake you might want to use the Alpha. They are all about the same quality. For humbuckers the standard wisdom is to use 500Kohm pots. (not 10 or 100). I prefer to use "audio taper", AKA "log" pots for both tone and volume. Some people use linear for tone pots, but I think most folks here prefer audio in both places.

I don't have a Jaycar locally, so not sure what they will have in stock...but these are all pretty common on guitar parts websites.

We don't even have a Jaycar here. I can't generally find the exact stuff I want in any local store, even though I live in a big city. That is, I think, why God invented the internet ;-)

I can recommend several places here. I am sure there are equivalents in Australia... or just Amazon.
