Shielding tape can be found anywhere, and you'll get it cheaper sourcing it in the USA. It's not a major necessity as you have humbucking pickups, but it never hurts to have it.
Pots and wire can be found anywhere, and you'll get a Switchcraft barrel jack cheaper in the US as well (though I'd recommend the PureTone version which has more contacts for increased reliability).
The difficult bit of hardware to source (if you can't find it) will be the plastic rear cover plate.
