EDIT: Whoops, just saw its on Vol one Tone on your kit. You can just wire it up like a Tele, that's what I did on my YB bass kit which is the same pickup config, but I dropped one of the pots to have a switch instead.

EDIT2: The PBG diagram is missing the link wire for tone, you can see how it should be here. Diagram is slightly different, but accomplishes the same thing. There is often more than one way to skin the cat.
