Cabinet is 3/4" plywood, so you can generally use the external dimensions and take off 1.5"/3.8cm from all of those to get the internal dimensions. Note that the front baffle is set back from the front, so you need to take that into account as well when considering the front to back dimension.
The spec sheet says it's tuned for 40Hz, though that will be with the stock speakers. Which are hard to track down definitively but highly likely it's a Peavey Sheffield 1035-8. The 75W RMS rating (x 4) matches the cab's rated handling if you add in 50W for the tweeter.
