Nuh. Black Friday is the day after US Thanksgiving which always the 2nd to last Thursday in November. This year it's 26 November, so BF is 27th.

That would make the last Thursday this year to occur on the 33rd Nov.

Since 1941, Thanksgiving in the US is always on the 4th Thursday in Nov. It was changed to 2nd to last Thursday briefly in 1939 for business reasons, and had been the last Thursday in November before then (so could have been on the 4th or 5th Thursday depending how the start day of the month fell).
