This is an Harley Benton CST-24HB Tortoise Flame Deluxe Series. These are made in China and sold by Thomann out of Germany, not expensive guitars by any stretch...but they don't come in a kit for all that I can see.
Perhaps a similar design in a kit has potential.....

Have you watched any of the reviews? It sounds freaking awesome.
That Thomann guitar was probably the prettiest guitar I've ever personally handled; I was blown away taking it out of the box. But within 30 minutes I had a return authorization going
