So stick to a polished gloss spray and you should be OK. Only clearcoat if you have to.
Oops....coat 6 of clear coat is on...drying now. Maybe two or three weeks and then a wet sand and see how it looks from there. Maybe I will just do a NON-WET sand to flatten it and spray a couple of more coats.
