Connect the wires to the switch as shown (to the 4 solder lugs plus the ground - the purple wire shown in the diagram is the ground for the switch)
You need two ground wires: one from the back of pot to the bridge (vibrato claw) and another from the pot to the output jack.
Use this switch diagram below for connecting the positive wires from the pickups, then all the negative (ground) wires from the pickups get soldered to a common point, like the back of a back of the volume pot.
