It shouldn't really have been sold as a neck to go with that kit. You'll notice that the baritone necks are no longer available on their own. A few people were having issues with them because they aren't deigned for converting a standard body to a baritone.

So if you still want a baritone, then I'm afraid that you really have no choice but to move the bridge. If you're not happy, then I'd email Adam about it, but at least on your guitar, it's a fairly easy job to drill a couple of holes and fill the existing ones in.
