    Yes, yellow wire for the output to the jack, either of the two black wires for the jack ground connection and the other one for the bridge ground.

    You really need to cut down the length of braided ground wires on the pickup leads. The complete lead should really run to the back of the volume pot, with just a short length of braid left to solder to the back of the pot, and a longer length of central insulated signal wire running to the selector switch. It's very easy for such a long length of grounded braid to touch a signal connection and then you lose your output.

    Ahh, yep - after I posted I could see I'd pretty much answered my own question - good to have it confirmed, thanks.

    Yes, planning to tidy up the (braided) wiring as suggested.
