I know it's subjective, but 'daphne blue' (absurd title as Daphnes are not blue) would attract a similar polarising viewpoint.

I guess I just assumed that Daphne was the daughter of the GM executive who named the paint. It's pretty close to the color of my last project... Now I'm doing seafoam. I caught sh*t a while back from some because I put a red mother-of-toilet-seat pickguard on a black jazz bass.

I always thought cars should look like this...



...and guitars should look like cars.

I grew up on the West Coast of the US where the word "culture" was either preceded by "cowboy" or "car." Now I live in Miami, where elegant means that your shirt has buttons, and your flip-flops are relatively new. What the heck do you expect?
