Unless you have Gigabit router and LAN card Cat 6 is a waste of money, also a lot harder to keep tidy as the bend radius cannot be as tight as the more flexible CAT 5e which in the right environment can run to Gigabit anyway.
Premium NBN maximum evening speed is only 100Mbs, not likely to get faster any time soon and limited to network speed bumps due to traffic beyond your ISP
