I managed to scrape out enough wood in the control cavity for the switch to fit and I routed a little bit out with a laminate trimmer for the strat pickup to fit. I guess now I have to bolt the neck back on, attach the bridge after finding the correct position and find someones pedestal drill to drill my 6 ferrules through the body. Then it will be a matter of soldering the pickups and jack, string it and play.
I still have to sand a few areas and re-polish too.
Still a long way to go.
