    Thanks all, definitely lots learnt on this one.

    Yes it was Dingo Tone Outback Sunset.

    I made the mistake of sanding some of the Spalted Maple veneer off so I ended up taking it all off.

    I added a few coats of dark oak initially to make it Darker.

    I really like how it's turned out but second time around would leave the veneer and go only with Dingo Tone outback sunset.
