Maybe those who like SFG might be Red/Green deficient colour blind like my eldest Son and Father-in-Law where to them that would look more towards battleship grey. Interestingly the medico's reckon as high as 1 in 4 males have some colour blindness and up to 1 in 20 females. Might explain why for some of us not so afflicted we find various shades hideous.

Well I'm definitely not colour blind and a big fan of Sea Foam Green. I just looks right on certain guitars. Comes down to personal taste like most things in this hobby.
