Sometimes the Oz delivery of Carriers such as UPS and DHL is handled by local couriers, who sometimes are not as "customer focussed" as the bigger players. Nothing more frustrating than seeing "processed through your local delivery hub" and then waiting a week for local delivery.

Yep, I've received parcels delivered by DHL in the past, have never really experienced any major issues, I was browsing a website that I found yesterday, which was a place where people could vent their frustrations about UPS, apparently there were about 4,971 people (mostly in America) on it posting comments about their bad experiences with UPS.

I've just tried contacting the Depot, where my parcel was being held, so that I could make an inquiry on it and maybe arrange for me to pick it up this afternoon, was hoping I could get their address too, all I got was an answering machine that gave me some options and put me on hold.
