So its a nitro based stain clear base 'Craftsman Pigment Stain' to which I added approx 1/2 blue and 1/2 green solvent based 'Ultratint'Originally Posted by chrissyinbkk
bought a 4 ltr and mixed up approx 500ml which was way too much.
Came up a little darker than I was aiming for, but still pretty happy sa far....
the Ultratint is what we use at work to tint 2 pack poly's and epoxy.
Going to attempt a black burst with some more stain and if all fails give it the Red Door treatment - i.e 'Paint it Black'
