No, looks like the rest of the body is OK. The chip is nice and clean so I've glued that. I haves some goof-off, so I'll scrub the excess off once its hard. I got my steam cleaner out and gave it a blast. It appears to have worked but I'll let it dry right out and re asses.

I think I might just get away with it. Just as well I haven't finished sanding it yet. Fingers crossed its only a minor hiccup.
