I may shape the heel of the neck at the top to follow the curve, but haven't decided either way with it yet. I'm leaning towards reshaping it to deviate away from tradition

The router bit in a little bit too far on the upper curve ... nothing too bad, and it won't change things too much ... but far out I thought I did some damage!! Phew ...

    Dream starting to become reality

Will start routing the neck and pickup cavities tomorrow as well as the all important neck angle. Once I've done that I can start carving the body. Might also take a few mm of thickness off the body; it's still a bit thick and heavy, but I do like the weight.

How wicked is that figuring going to look once I've hit it with TO!!

Looking really good. I really like the treatment on the top horn. I'm less convinced on the bottom one, but its your guitar and overall thats going to come together nicely.

Started the carve. Neck break angle has been routed. Pickup cavities routed. Control layout drilled. Just need to complete the carve and rout the neck pocket and I'm ready to drill the bridge and tailpiece in and do my final finishing.

With an angle grinder sanding disc mounted on my drill and lots of imagination!! I may soften some of the lines, but see what happens
